CONDITIONS OF BOND FOR THE DEFENDANT:
- Gino’s Bail Bonds, LLC., and United States Fire Insurance Company (“Surety”) and/or its successors and assigns, shall have control and jurisdiction over the principal during the term for which the bail bond is executed and Surety and/or its successors and assigns shall have the right to apprehend, arrest and surrender the Bond Principal to the proper officials at any time as provided by law
- In every case, the conditions of the bail bond shall be that the defendant (Bond Principal) will:
(a) appear at all times required until full and final disposition of the case;
(b) obey all further orders of the bail authority;
(c) give written notice to Surety, the bail authority, the clerk of courts, the district attorney, and the court bail agency or other designated court bail officer, of any change of address within 48 hours of the date of the change;
(d) neither do, nor cause to be done, nor permit to be done on his or her behalf, any act proscribed by Section 4952 of the Crimes
Code(relating to intimidation of witnesses or victims) or by Section 4953 (relating to retaliation against witnesses or victims), 18 Pa.C.S. §§
4952, 4953; and
(e) refrain from criminal activity.
- It is understood and agreed that the violation of any one of the above conditions, or Bond Principal’s making of any false statements in the bail bond application, constitutes a breach of principal’s obligation to Surety and Surety and/or its successors and assigns, shall have the right forthwith to apprehend, arrest and surrender Bond Principal, and Indemnitor shall have no right to any refund or premium whatsoever.
CONDITIONS OF BOND FOR THE INDEMNITOR:
This is to notify you that:
1. The Indemnitor will have the defendant forthcoming before the court named in the bond, at the time therein fixed, and as may be further ordered by the Court.
2. The indemnitor is responsible for any and all losses or costs of any kind whatsoever which Liberty Bail Bond Service and/or its successors and assigns may incur as a result of this undertaking. There should not be any costs or losses provided the Bond Principal does not violate the conditions of the bond and appears on time at all required Court hearings.
3. Collateral will be returned to the person(s) named in the collateral receipt, or their legal assigns, within 30 days after Surety and/or its assigns, receives written notice of the discharge of the bond from the Court. It may take several weeks after the case(s) is disposed of before the Court discharges the bond.
